Dr Stuart Anderson lives and work as a GP in Maffra, a small community in Central Gippsland, Victoria. Stuart graduated from Monash University in 2001 and then undertook General Practice training in Gippsland, including a Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice in Surgery. At the completion of his training Stuart settled in Maffra where both he and his (life) partner are (professional) partners in our practice. 

Stuart developed a strong interest in Skin Cancer Medicine during his training and early career, culminating in attainment of the Fellowship of the Australian College of Cutaneous Oncology in 2013. Currently his clinical work is about an even split of minor surgery, skin cancer consults, general practice and on-call work.

In addition to patient care, Stuart has an interest in medical education. He is Chairman of ACCO, works as a Medical Educator with EVGPT teaching GP Registrars, and as a lecturer with Monash University teaching medical students.

The remainder of his time is spent with his family, building/playing drums, taking photos or riding various bikes.
